By accessing and using the Scala Rewards Hub service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.

Scala Rewards Hub is a free service that allows users to earn Scala (XLA) cryptocurrency by watching video advertisements. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• Users must watch complete video advertisements to earn credits
• Payouts are made automatically after accumulating 20 video views
• Maximum 10 videos per wallet address per 24-hour period
• Payout amounts are calculated based on the 7-day average XLA price

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide a valid Scala (XLA) wallet address
• Watch video advertisements in their entirety
• Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to claim rewards
• Not attempt to circumvent daily limits or other restrictions
• Not use VPNs or proxies to create multiple accounts
• Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

5. Payout Policy

Payouts are processed automatically after a user completes 20 video views. The payout amount is calculated based on:

• Ad revenue per video: approximately $0.00075 USD
• User receives 40% of ad revenue
• 10% is donated to Scala Network developers
• 50% covers operational costs
• Final XLA amount is calculated using the 7-day average price

We reserve the right to delay or deny payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Daily Limits

Each wallet address is limited to 10 video views per 24-hour period. This limit is in place to:

• Ensure fair distribution of rewards
• Prevent abuse and fraud
• Comply with advertising network policies
• Maintain service sustainability

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Service availability or uptime
• Payout amounts or frequency
• Future value of XLA cryptocurrency
• Continued operation of the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scala Rewards Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

This Service uses third-party advertising services (Applixir) to display video advertisements. By using this Service, you also agree to comply with the terms of service of these third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scala Rewards Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or cryptocurrency
• Service interruptions or errors
• Wallet address errors or incorrect payouts

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scala Rewards Hub from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Use of automated tools or bots
• Circumvention of security measures

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Scala Network.

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15. Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly. Scala Rewards Hub is not responsible for any losses incurred due to changes in XLA value.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
